Anvil #200 Vinyl - Acrylic Binder/Sealer is a clear vinyl - acrylic latex resin coating to be used as a binder to anchor fine, powdery substances such as dust, dirt, paint flakes, old paint chalk which can prevent good adhesion of fresh latex paint. Also may be used as an additive to concrete mixes to improve flexibility of the mixture when used on resurfacing gravel roofs. Use to mix drywall compound for 'orange peeling' walls.
