TOP HAT HIGH BUILD DRYWALL SURFACER primes, covers and fills the differences between variations of gypsum board paper and joint compound finishes. It replaces the two step finishing process of joint compound skim coating the entire surface and pre-paint priming, to a level 5 finsish. It adds a slight texture to dry wall that helps to equalize the rough, uneven, and minor surface imperfections found in new construction dry wall installations. Forms a tight dry film with excellent hold out characteristic that deliver a uniform sheen and appearance of the finished decorative paint coat.
