Tile Guard #99xx series is a quality, gloss latex, roof paint which provides good hiding, uniform coverage, ease of application, and holds up well in the Sunbelt climate. This product is especially formulated for use on unglazed concrete tile, masonry shingle or properly primed metal roofs. It is treated with fungicide to resist mildew growth and discoloration of the paint film. It’s gloss finish helps keep roofs looking freshly painted longer. New regional Volatile Organic Content (VOC) regulations (SCAQMD) differ from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA AIM) national standards, this product can not be sold or shipped to the following area: the greater Los Angels basin.
